Its that special time of year again, when college basketball gears up for the annual NCAA March Madness tournament in addition to the various college basketball conference tournaments. As most of you know, the Rose Bowl is just about always played on New Year's Day (January 1). The exception is that when New Years Day is on a Sunday, the Rose Bowl is played on the Monday. Historically, the Rose Bowl has been the most heavily attended Bowl Game out of all the college bowl games.
